Workshops
In partnership with member Councils, Keep Australia Beautiful Queensland are committed to providing community education programs on ways to reduce, reuse, recycle and recover waste.
A range of school and broader community interactive workshops conducted by qualified educators are available. Each workshop demonstrates vital, simple and effective measures that the community can take to protect and conserve our natural and built environments for the future.
Waste education officers are available for talks and workshops on litter and waste education. Students learn about several aspects of sustainability by working in groups to learn about good litter and waste management practices. Education modules include:
