How to enter
Below is a step-by-step guide to entering the Awards. We have also provided guidance on preparing your submission. Should you require more information about the process or the submission, please contact us by telephone or email.Preparing a submission
To enable our judges to assess your achievements and evaluate future programs, events and projects, all entrants must complete and upload a submission addressing the criteria.Include the following in your submission:
- Your response to the criteria (250-500 per criteria). Provide evidence and support for each of the four criteria: Planning; Implementing and Monitoring; Partnering; and Winning.
- Supporting material. You may wish to include supporting material such as letters of support from organisation and individuals who will benefit from and/or support your project including photographs (max of 3). See Award guidelines for more information
- Prepare further evidence. Further material may be required by the judges if you are shortlisted. This information does not need to be attached to your submission but should be prepared and available on the judges request. Supporting documents may include: plans, media coverage, printed materials, other award recognition, program evaluations, photo’s, DVD’s.
